April 1 | Full Moon Breathwork & Journaling (Remote)

  • Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM PT

  • Where: Zoom (Link provided upon registration)

  • The Flow: Join me for a virtual evening dedicated to the illuminating energy of the Full Moon. We will use active breathwork to clear stagnant energy followed by guided journaling to release what is no longer serving your path.

April 17 | New Moon Pilates + Manifesting Sound Bath

  • Time: 5:30pm-7pm

  • Where: In-Person (San Francisco) @ Sage Pilates

  • The Flow: An evening of dualities. We’ll begin with a grounding Pilates flow to build heat and presence, followed by a restorative sound bath designed to plant seeds of intention for the New Moon cycle.

TIPS FOR REGULATED BADDIES

You don’t need a vibration plate - you need to shake your @ss

Starting your day with movement is one of the most effective ways to wake up your lymphatic system and signal to your brain that it is safe to be energized. While wellness tech like vibration plates can be a helpful tool, nothing compares to the organic, rhythmic release of "shaking your booty" to get your blood flowing. Dancing in the morning acts as a natural form of somatic "shaking medicine," which helps discharge any residual tension or "stuck" energy from the night before, effectively resetting your nervous system for the day ahead.
