New Moon Ceremony Join me and Sound + Soul Meditations on Wednesday 6/25 evening for a beautiful new moon ceremony to set intentions, do some breathwork, and melt into a visualization meditation.
| July Women’s Circle This circle is an opportunity to slow down, check in with yourself, and be supported by a community of women who are honoring their journeys. Through a combination of breathwork and a deep, restful sound healing, we’ll create a sanctuary for relaxation, release, and renewal in the height of summer.

This past week, we shared something sacred. Our HELD event for therapists was more than just a breathwork session — A return to the body as a place of wisdom, not burnout.
Together, we explored five powerful rounds of breath, gave space to our nervous systems to soften, and held each other in a container of real presence. If you were there — thank you.

💭 Weekly Thoughts:
This week I tried EFT tapping again and… wow. So good. I’ve been pairing it with breathwork and noticing some beautiful shifts in old emotional patterns. Highly recommend trying a short tapping session before bed or before seeing clients.

This simple, regulating breath pattern is one of my go-to’s:
🫁 Inhale for 5 counts
🫁 Exhale for 5 counts
Try it for 3-5 minutes and feel your nervous system drop in.
