The "Vagus Nerve" Manifestation Hack
True manifestation doesn't happen when you're in "chase" mode, it happens when your body feels safe enough to receive. Before you write down your April intentions, spend two minutes humming or making a low "Voo" sound on your exhale. This vibrates the vagus nerve and shifts you out of "survival" and into "creative" mode. Manifest from a regulated nervous system, not a frantic one.
