Women’s Circle: Breathwork & Sound Healing Join me this Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 PM for a deep dive into the self. We’ll be using 3 part breathwork and a high-vibration sound bath to clear out the old and make space for the new. It’s the perfect mid-week reset to come back home to your body. RSVP
