Still glowing from our Morning of Alignment + Upcoming Events

More breathwork, sound healing, and manifesting coming your way!

Hi gorgeous souls!

🌿 Thank you

My heart is so full after our Morning of Alignment. There is something incredibly potent about coming together to find stillness and intentionality, and I am so grateful to each of you for sharing your energy and presence with the group!

🌿 A Small Favor

As I continue to grow my private practice, I’m looking to open up space for a few more in-person therapy clients.

The best way for me to find people I can truly help is through people I already trust, like you. If you have a friend, colleague, or family member who is looking for a supportive, grounded space to process and grow, please feel free to share my contact information or website with them. Word-of-mouth is the greatest compliment I can receive.

🌿 Upcoming Events

We have a beautiful lineup for March! If you’re looking to maintain that "post-alignment" feeling, mark your calendars for these upcoming events:

I’m here for you if you need anything! See you soon!

TOOLS FOR REGULATED BADDIES

The "Voo" Chant (Vagus Nerve Stimulation)

The Vibe: When you feel a "knot" in your stomach or tightness in your throat.

The Tool: Take a deep breath in, and on the exhale, make a low-pitched, vibrating "Vooooo" sound. Focus on feeling the vibration in your chest and belly.

Why it works: The vagus nerve passes right by your vocal cords and through your diaphragm. The vibration physically massages the nerve, signaling your body to move from "High Alert" to "Rest and Digest."

Physiological Sigh 2.0 (The "Double Inhale")

The Vibe: When you’re short on time but high on stress.

The Tool: Inhale deeply through the nose, then at the very top, take one more sharp "sip" of air to fully inflate the lungs. Exhale through the mouth twice as long as the inhale.

Why it works: This pops open the tiny air sacs (alveoli) in your lungs that collapse when we’re stressed, allowing for a massive off-load of carbon dioxide. It’s the fastest biological way to lower your state of arousal.

Any questions? Just hit reply. I’m here to help!
