My heart is still incredibly full after our Yoga Nidra session. There is something truly magical about a room full of people collectively giving themselves permission to do absolutely nothing but rest. Thank you for showing up, leaning into the stillness, and sharing your energy with me.

Breathwork Journey with Sound Healing Wednesday, March 11th We’re going deep. This session combines active breathwork to clear out stagnant energy, followed by a crystalline sound bath to ground you back into your body. It’s the ultimate "reset" button. RSVP

TIPS FOR REGULATED BADDIES 💅

The Sacred “No”

A regulated baddy knows that saying "no" to an extra commitment is saying "yes" to their internal peace. If an invite or a task feels like a "heavy maybe," it’s a "hell no." Protect your capacity so you can show up fully for the things that actually matter.

The 30-Second Shake Off

Animals in the wild literally shake their bodies after a stressful event to "reset" their nervous systems, and you should too. If you’ve just had a tense conversation or a long, stagnant morning at your desk, stand up and shake your arms, legs, and torso for 30 seconds. It feels a little silly, but it physically signals to your body that the "threat" is over, preventing that cortisol from getting stuck in your tissues.
