May Magic, Movement & The Regulated Baddie Guide

Welcome to Taurus Season

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Taurus season! As we move into this grounded, earthy energy, it is the perfect time to slow down, indulge the senses, and check in with our breath. This season invites us to find stability and create space for community, and I am so excited to share several ways we can gather and find our center together.

Next Women’s Circle: May 13th

Our next gathering is officially on the calendar. Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and restorative energy. These circles are a sacred space to drop out of the "doing" mind and into the "being" body.

Upcoming Retreats & Adventures

We have a beautiful lineup of immersive experiences coming your way. Mark your calendars and reach out if you want to be the first to know when registration opens!

  • June Bloom: A one-day immersive retreat in SF on June 14th to celebrate the peak of the season.

  • Memorial Day Tennis & Wellness Retreat: The perfect blend of active movement and deep restoration.

  • A Late Autumn Surprise (October): Keep your eyes peeled for a very special international retreat. We might be heading to Europe... 😉

TIPS FOR REGULATED BADDIES

Loving Kindness Meditation

Maintaining your edge is great, but keeping your heart open is what makes you resilient. Integrating Loving-Kindness (Metta) into your routine helps shift the nervous system from a state of "defense" or "judgment" into a state of "connection" and "safety."

Befriending the Inner Critic

When you notice a harsh self-judgment creeping in, pause and place a hand over your heart. Acknowledge the feeling and say to yourself: "It’s okay to feel this way right now. May I be kind to myself in this moment." This physical touch combined with kind words activates the release of oxytocin
