Happy Almost May!
As we step into a new month, it’s the perfect time to pause, breathe, and check in with ourselves. May often brings a sense of blossoming and renewed energy, but it can also feel busy as we head toward summer. To help you stay grounded and intentional, I’ve put together a few journaling prompts to help you transition into this new chapter:
What is one area of my life where I want to invite more "bloom" or growth this month?
What does my nervous system need most from me right now?
What am I ready to release to make space for more ease?
Big Announcement: Sound Garden in Mill Valley
I am so thrilled to announce that I’m joining the beautiful Sound Garden in Mill Valley! You can now find me there every Wednesday at 12:00 PM for a midday reset. Breathwork Journey | May 20th

TIPS FOR REGULATED BADDIES
Sound Frequencies to Hack Your Brain
To optimize your nervous system for both productivity and rest, utilize sound frequencies as a precision tool for regulation: during the day, lean into Beta or Gamma waves (13–100 Hz) to sharpen cognitive function and sustain a flow state, or try Brown noise for a grounding, bass-heavy anchor against distractions.
As you transition into the evening, shift your "internal dial" toward Alpha and Theta waves to bridge the gap between doing and being, eventually landing on Delta frequencies (0.5–4 Hz) to signal the brain to enter deep, restorative sleep. For the most effective results, listen at a low volume with headphones to allow binaural beats to gently guide your brainwaves into the desired state without overstimulating your senses.
