Hi gorgeous friends,

I just got back from Costa Rica… and wow.

Facilitating an advanced breathwork journey in the jungle was one of the most moving and clarifying experiences of my life — both personally and professionally.

We explored the shadow and golden shadow — the parts of us we’ve hidden out of shame or fear, and the radiant power we’ve tucked away because we were told we were “too much.”

And I knew…This journey isn’t meant to stay there. It’s meant to be brought home.

A women’s circle for the shadow + golden shadow

That’s why I’m holding space for an intimate breathwork circle on June 16 in LA.
It’s called Shadow Journey — and it’s for women ready to reclaim the pieces of themselves they’ve hidden to survive.

This circle will guide you through:

  • Shadow journaling + drawing prompts to meet what’s been hidden

  • Trauma-informed breathwork for release and revelation

  •  Integration with meditation + sacred reflection

  • A soft space to be seen, held, and honored
