A Gentle Breath + A Special Invitation 🌬️💫

How are you feeling as you move through this week?

I just wanted to check in — not to add more to your plate, but to offer a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

One of my favorite practices for calming the nervous system and bringing harmony to both mind and body is Nadishodana, or alternate nostril breathing.

✨ Here’s a simple practice you can try anytime today:

  • Find a comfortable seat.

  • Gently close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale slowly through your left nostril.

  • Close your left nostril with your ring finger and exhale through the right.

  • Inhale through the right nostril, close it, and exhale through the left.

  • That’s one full round. Try 7–10 rounds.
    Let your breath guide you back to balance.
